Focus on hands, forearms & upper arms, shoulders, and neck: The first hour of this class will be dedicated to therapeutics, and the focus will be on using foam rollers and therapeutic balls. The second half of the class will focus on calming the nervous system and centering the body, mind, and heart through restorative postures, breath practices, andÊmeditation.

Jen Jones, most recently completed her
500--hour Yoga Teacher Training in Asheville, North Carolina. She has attended many yoga workshops and trainings in a variety of areas including Ayurveda, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Prenatal, Yoga Therapy, Anatomy,
and Yoga Lifestyle Coaching.
JenÕs focus in her teaching is to guide students to connect to their inner wisdom on their mats, as well as in their daily lives. Jen sees yoga as a way of life and is committed to her own personal practice and bringing the many benefits of yoga to herÊstudents.
