Mysore Ashtanga, or Mysore-style Ashtanga yoga is the most traditional form of learning the Ashtanga practice as its taught in Mysore, India (for which it is named). A knowledge of the primary series of Ashtanga is recommended as it is a self led practice. The primary method of instruction is hands-on adjustments and a commitment of showing up on a regularÊbasis.

Sat Inder's journey into yoga began in 1999 at the Solar Yoga Center. In 2000, Sat Inder began the study of Kundalini yoga with a tape from Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa and continued his study of this energy-moving yoga with local KRI-certified teacher, Nancy Lewis. He is inspired by his comprehensive background in Ashtanga and Anusara studies, his transformational experiences with Kundalini yoga, as well as studies with Shiva Rea and Saul David Raye. Through his unique style and sense of humor, Sat Inder Singh Khalsa challenges his students to grow deeper in self awareness and physical practice.
